The BLOOM⁴³ app was developed through a comprehensive research approach, combining qualitative insights from a group of patients with quantitative data from a larger sample of 140 breast surgery patients. These studies explored the needs and challenges breast surgery patients face during preparation and recovery from their surgery.
Throughout the app’s development, every feature and functionality was directly informed by patient feedback and real-world experiences, ensuring the app is truly patient-centered and responsive to their needs.
